Hey, I’m Tiffany!
I became a therapist because I believe in the power that relational healing can provide. My foundation of approach is existential and depth focus psychotherapy. While that is my foundation, as you may have heard from many others, there truly is no one size fits all approach. That’s because every person really is different. I feel honored to be able to work with people in shedding their belief systems about themselves that hold them back. Whether it’s feeling chained down by depression or anxiety, or working through past and/or current trauma, I believe that with a helpful support system you can overcome the challenges in life that our weighing down with you.
I have a Masters in Psychology from Antioch University and have spent my years as a therapist training in different fields and modalities. I obtained my Masters of Fine Arts from Tyler School of Art at Temple University and my Bachelors Fine Arts from University of the Arts (RIP). As a working artist I understand the difficulty in creative barriers. I also spent over a decade working in production in the music industry and have a soft spot for walking along with those who struggle in the extreme conditions touring and the live industry can put people through.
When I’m not working as a therapist, I’m working in my studio, playing tennis, surfing, cooking or going to shows and hanging out with family, friends and my standard poodle Perseus!
